Partner Program

The Zira Partner program is for community-leading servers that want to help people find Zira. Partners get real benefits, and in return Zira stays visible in their server.

What partners get#

• 6 months of Zira Premium, complimentary, per cycle. Every Premium feature, including Zira Music, with nothing to pay. Renew each cycle to keep it running.
• A partner badge next to your server across the dashboard.
• A tracked invite link like zira.bot/invite?partner=your-name. You pick the name, you can change it from your portal, and your click count is always visible.
• A partner role in our community server, which also unlocks the partner-only emoji there.

Eligibility#

To apply, your server needs:

1. 50,000 or more members. We verify this automatically when you apply.
2. Zira in the server and actually in use. At least one button-role or reaction-role message must be posted.

Partners from the original program can apply again at any time and skip the eligibility checks. Your old link and its click count carry over.

The requirements#

These are what you agree to keep up while partnered. Zira checks them automatically every day, and your partner page always shows where you stand.

• Keep Zira hoisted near the top of your member list. Give Zira a hoisted role sitting within the top few hoisted roles (by default the top 3), so Zira is visible to everyone.
• Keep Zira visible to the server. Zira should be able to see most of your text channels, not be tucked away in a hidden corner.
• Keep a partnership message posted. A message with your tracked link, in a public channel everyone can read (a readme or info channel works well; a place where it will not scroll away). Zira can post a ready-made one for you, or you can write your own that includes your link.

If a requirement stops being met, you will see it flagged on your partner page and the applicant gets a DM. You then have 14 days to fix it before the team reviews the partnership.

Applying#

1. Open your server's dashboard and go to Billing, then Partner.
2. The page shows your eligibility checks live. When they pass, fill in the two questions: why you want to partner, and what you are prepared to do.
3. Submit. The team reviews applications by hand; you will get a DM with the outcome, and the page updates either way.

If an application is not approved, any reason from the team is shown on your partner page, and you can apply again after 30 days.

Renewing#

Partnerships run in 6-month cycles. Two weeks before your renewal date you will get a reminder DM, and a renewal button appears in your portal. Renewing is a short re-application: the team sees your current requirement status and, once approved, another 6 months of Premium is added. If a cycle ends without renewal the partnership pauses, and you can renew whenever you are ready.
