Help, Status, and Repair Commands

Find commands, inspect Zira or Premium status, and remove stale role or message configuration safely.

These commands do not build a feature. They help you find things, check status, or repair old configuration.

/help#

Shows Zira's command guide in Discord. Use the page buttons to move between Roles, Giveaways and Community, Suggestions, Logging, and Miscellaneous commands. Every page links to the dashboard and this documentation.

/info#

Shows general bot information, including the total server count and the cluster and shard serving your server. This is useful information to include when asking for support.

/premium#

Shows whether Premium is active for the current server and when it expires, then links directly to that server's Premium dashboard page. Purchases, gift redemption, vote redemption, Boost Premium, and transaction history live on that dashboard page.

/guild check#

Audits the current server's saved Zira configuration and removes references that are definitely stale:

  • Auto Roles whose Discord role was deleted
  • Reaction Roles whose Discord role was deleted
  • The selected reaction-role channel when that channel was deleted
  • The selected reaction-role message when Discord reports that it no longer exists

The reply lists everything removed. If no stale entries are found, it says everything looks good.

What it does not do

/guild check does not remove roles from members, delete working Discord messages, wipe the server's Zira setup, or repair missing permissions. Use the relevant dashboard page to make ordinary configuration changes.

/list#

Lists the server's configured reaction roles. For Button Roles, open the Button Roles dashboard page instead.

When to contact support#

Check Troubleshooting first. If the problem remains, include:

  • The exact error text
  • The server ID
  • The channel and message IDs involved, if any
  • The output or screenshot from /info
  • What you expected and what happened instead

Never send anyone your bot token, account token, payment details, or a private dashboard session link.
