Zira Music

Playlists and Liked Songs

Build playlists, import from Spotify, share them with a link, and play them anywhere.

Playlists belong to you, not to a server: build one anywhere and play it in any server that has Zira Music. They are shared across both Zira Music bots too, so your playlists and Liked Songs work with whichever one you use.

Building playlists#

  • /playlist create makes a new playlist; /playlist add searches the full high quality catalog and adds a song.
  • Or use the dashboard: Playlists under Zira Music gives you a full editor with search, reorder, and rename.
  • /playlist play queues the whole thing (add Shuffle to mix it up). Shuffle-playing a playlist that is already playing shuffles the current queue instead of queueing everything twice.

Free servers allow 10 playlists with 100 songs each. Premium raises that to 100 playlists and 1000 songs.

Liked Songs#

Click the heart on any now playing message, or use /like, and the song is saved to your personal Liked Songs playlist. It's created automatically the first time you like something, and it works like any other playlist: play it, shuffle it, edit it on the dashboard.

Importing from Spotify#

With Premium, paste a Spotify playlist link into /playlist import (or the Import box on the dashboard) and the whole playlist comes over in one go.

Spotify requires imports to run through a Spotify account, so the first time you'll be asked to connect yours (a one-time step at zira.bot/music/spotify). Once connected you can import any playlist you can open in Spotify, including your private ones. Zira only reads playlists: it never posts to your account, and you can disconnect at any time.

Saving the queue#

Someone queued the perfect session? /playlist save-queue turns the current queue into a playlist (Premium).

Sharing playlists#

Every playlist has a public share link: click Share next to a playlist on the dashboard. Anyone can view the link, and signed-in visitors can copy the playlist straight into their own account.

24/7 Non-stop mode#

With Premium, /nonstop start (or the Non-stop card on the web player) parks the bot in a voice channel and loops one of your playlists forever, through restarts too. /nonstop stop ends it.
